How the Retreat Flows
A successful offsite should feel purposeful during the day — and relaxed in the evening.
At Cliffside, the rhythm of the retreat balances focused working sessions with space to reset and reconnect.
Teams arrive to a coordinated welcome before moving into structured strategy sessions. Breaks and meals are woven into the natural surroundings — allowing fresh air and open space to reset thinking between discussions.
As the day concludes, the atmosphere shifts. Evenings may continue over dinner, at the tiki bar, or around the outdoor fire pit — creating space for informal conversations that often prove just as valuable as those in the conference room.
The following morning resumes with breakfast and focused sessions before closing the retreat with clarity and direction.
Behind the scenes, every transition — from catering to room configuration — is aligned in advance, so organisers aren’t managing logistics on the day.

Glam camping with Castaways is truly an amazing experience.
We stayed in the Tree Tent, and in a Coastal Tent, and both are very well located in gorgeous bush; very well equipped to make it a really relaxing stay; the food provided is delicious and easy to cook; there are plenty of really good little details: fairy lights, board games, comfy chairs, a really nice super size bed, great coffee machine, power and water not a problem.
